Work under this contract includes the delivery of three existing classroom portables from Pinewood Elementary to the Early Learning Center site, adding restrooms and casework and includes new foundation work. Plumbing includes water and sewer for new restrooms. Electrical provisions include power, fire alarm, data and communications cabling. Existing ADA ramps to be moved and connected per circulation requirements.
