287TH INDUSTRIAL PARK The proposed project consists of the construction of a new warehouse building. As part of the development, a newly constructed driveway will be provided to the site that is designed to accommodate WB-67 vehicles.
287TH INDUSTRIAL PARK We are requesting a General Deviation from the City of Auburn Engineering Design Standards (EDS), 
Section 5.04 Retaining Walls and Section 10.03.06A that dictates the cross-section required for a 
principal arterial roadway. 

The final development will consist of an approximate 105,176 square foot building and associated 
dock high loading, parking, drive aisle, landscaping, stormwater conveyance, underground 
detention vault, and water quality facilities for onsite stormwater runoff. The existing site has been 
cleared and graded for the final development, including providing a preload pad for a future 
warehouse type building.
