The Project is zoned R-2. Three lots will be created with a minimum lot size exceeding the code required of 4,400 sf. The proposed paved driveway in existing 30 feet access and utility easement tract extending up from 112th Ave SE and proposed access and utility Tract A will serve lots 1-3.
