We plan to build an 8 unit building with ramp and access from the front of the lot to the back parking. The largest unit being 741 sq ft and smallest units clock in at just under 515 sq ft. These units have adequate common space and will be a beautiful addition to the neighborhood. Bicycle parking is featured for all units as well as ADA parking stall and parking stalls for all ground floor units.
Construct the Shoji house, an eight unit houseplex to provide more functional dwellings. Out of the eight units, there will be six two bedroom units and two, one bedroom units. The new building will provide living spaces for eight familys but will also bring a sense of architectural aesthetics to the neighborhood with lots of ammenity space.
