(Related SDEV26-0023) ***FRR26-0069- APPROVED - 04/27/2026 - Decided it would be better for her overall site plan to push the DADU from having a 14ft rear setback to a 10ft rear setback. It does not impact parking, and it actually improves the open space calculation for the site. I have attached the diagram showing the clearance from the power line. According to there will be no problem with clearance to shift it back.***
