Construction Type IIIA, primary structure is cast-in-place concrete with select areas of mass timber (dowel-laminated timber) construction. Principal occupancy is B (Business), with a partial area of A-3 (Assembly) occupancy anticipated on the ground floor. A and B occupancies will be separated by a 1-hour fire barrier.
