Construction of an eight (8) story multifamily building containing
297 units; 315 underground and structured parking stalls;
residential amenities; and associated site improvements. The
project will dedicate right of way and construct street
improvements along the NE 24th St frontage. Existing structures
and improvements will be demolished. This is the third and final
phase of the MGP XII Overlake East Master Plan (LAND-2022-00206).
