Block 15 is an 11-story office building with retail at ground level and six levels of below-grade structured parking at The Spring District in Bellevue, Washington.
The project consists of demolition of all existing site structures excavation and new construction of three buildings along with associated site improvements sub-grade parking and landscaping on Parcels 7 9 11 and 15 in the Spring District.
This amendment to the Master Development Plan proposes to change the use of the parcels north of the Sound Transit light rail line from office to multifamily.
Block 13 is a new, 9-story office building with approximately 170,000 GSF of office space and 2,300 GSF of retail space centrally located in The Spring District and bounded by the MDP-approved private 122nd Ave NE, 123rd Ave NE, NE 14th Terrace, and a community plaza. The building uses the entire buildable area of the site to allow for efficiency in planning. Sited centrally, the aim of the building is to provide a simple and elegant massing strategy articulated with a podium complementary to and reminiscent of the neighboring GIX building.
