Land Use Application to allow a new 16-story addition (Northwest Tower) to the existing hospital for Swedish Medical Center. Existing NW hospital wing to be demolished (73,288 sq. ft.). Parking for 119 vehicles proposed. Existing sky bridge across Marion St. to be retained. An Addendum to the Swedish Medical Center, First Hill Campus Final EIS, Major Institution Master Plan, dated March 14, 2005 has been prepared.
Phased project: Remove portion of existing hospital and construct new hospital high-rise and alterations including below grade parking pedestrian walkways & tunnels to Swedish Medical Center and occupy per plan mechanical included.
