We need to entirely rebuild our 2 story permitted housebarge #617 due to rot. The construction will take place in Port Townsend at PT Fabricators 274 Drake Road Port Townsend WA 98368. We will not be expanding beyond our current footprint or over water coverage. We live at Gasworks Park Marina slip 52 on "B" dock.
