We are applying for a Land Use Substantial Shoreline Development Master Use Permit to replace Floating On Water Residence (FOWR) #883. We plan to remove the existing FOWR #883 structure from Seattle waters when the project is completed. All construction of the replacement FOWR #883 structure will take place on the hard at Ballard Mill Properties at 4601 Shilshole Ave. NW Seattle WA 98107 in Ballard. The existing FOWR #883 is currently moored at China Harbor Marina.
