This project is for parking lot improvements adjacent to two existing buildings. Site area is 39 895Sf. The work area includes parking elements such as wheel stops parking surface lines and signage. The existing surfaces of the parking lot area are a combination of gravel asphalt and concrete. No change in surface material is included as part of this project. There is no excavation or fill on site.
