We would like a two car garage on parcel 807300-0080. This site is an oddly shaped site located in an ECA. After reading the zoning code it seems that the zoning code is prohibiting a garage on this site. We would like to discuss with zoning any possible variance or other code exception that would allow us to permit a two car garage partially located in the required front yard.
Construct new DADU in front of existing house to be submitted under new NR code updates where front yard setback is 10 feet. Define parking for house within principal setback. Modify rockery where each step is well under 4 feet.
