Hello, I initially submitted the application to the incorrect location on the site, and was told by that I can submit it here instead. The plan is to subdivide the property into two lots, and subsequently build two residential homes on each lot. I imagine I should submit the short plat first, then upon approval I can submit the application for each house. Please do correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you, Sourena Javadpour
