Land Use Application to allow an amendment to an approved Major Phased Development of 3 office buildings with retail and parking (MUP 3019132-LU). The amendment includes an additional parcel of land to the development, demolition of an additional building (1101 Airport Way S), 60,000 sq ft additional floor area, and 85 additional parking stalls.

Demolish existing commercial building per plan. Building permit issuance is required prior to the final inspection for this demolition permit; or all disturbed areas shall be fully stabilized and side sewers shall be capped.
