New single family with ADU and attached garage in the bottom of a steep slope. We already have a PAR for this parcel when it was thought of as one project with the north parcel at 2006 28th Ave S. See 003523-20PA. However, our Pre-App meeting 3037346-LU said we need to create a separate project number and have a first time address assigned to this southern parcel. So this is what we are doing, and why we are making this application.
